Start with your agreed terms
Cancellation and refund arrangements for a project are set out in its agreed quotation, statement of work or service agreement with MIRA CODE SOLUTION. Read those terms together with this policy and applicable law.
This corporate website does not process payments or provide an online cancellation checkout. Contact us directly about the relevant project or service.
How to request a cancellation
Email [email protected], preferably from the contact address used for the project, and clearly state that you wish to cancel or discuss stopping the work. A written request helps both parties keep a clear record.
- Your name, business name and project or invoice reference, if available.
- The work or service concerned and the date you would like it to stop.
- A short explanation of the request and any relevant supporting information.
Reviewing the request
A request needs to be considered against the agreed terms, the work and payments involved, and any rights available under applicable law. Any proposed final account, remaining work or handover arrangements should be explained in writing.
Sending a request does not automatically determine a refund amount or change every contractual obligation. Equally, this policy does not make every payment non-refundable or allow a contractual term to override a mandatory legal right.
Refunds and separately supplied services
Refund eligibility and any lawful adjustments are governed by the agreed project terms and applicable law. Where a refund is agreed or legally required, its amount and payment arrangements will be communicated in writing for the relevant case.
If hosting, software licences, subscriptions or other services are supplied by a separate provider, check the relevant agreement and provider terms. Charges or deductions must have an applicable contractual and lawful basis; they are not imposed automatically by this page.
For an incorrect or duplicate payment, contact us with the payment date and reference. Do not send passwords, banking credentials or full payment-card details.
Concerns and statutory rights
If your request concerns a problem with delivered work, describe the issue and refer to the applicable acceptance, support or remedy provisions in your agreement. Cancellation is not the only possible way to address a concern.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer rights or other rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us if you need clarification about a request or the terms applicable to your project.
